Bugsnap operates on a no-refund policy. However, users can cancel their subscription at any time, with the subscription expiring at the end of the billing month.

5.1 Data Ownership

The data (screenshots, videos, feedback) submitted via Bugsnap remains the property of the user. Bugsnap does not claim ownership of this content.

5.2 Data Usage

Bugsnap uses the data solely for the purpose of improving the service and assisting users. This data is neither shared with third parties nor used for marketing or promotional activities.

6. Service Availability

While Bugsnap strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime, occasional technical glitches, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances might cause interruptions. Bugsnap will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant outages and expected resolution times.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bugsnap, its affiliates, and its licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. User Conduct

Users are expected to use Bugsnap in a lawful and ethical manner. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, misuse of the service, malicious activities, or any action that violates the rights of other users or third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Bugsnap's software, branding, and other intellectual properties belong exclusively to Miloslav Cvetkovic. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Any disputes arising from the use of Bugsnap will be resolved through arbitration. The governing law and jurisdiction will be determined based on the user's location.

Users can manage and cancel their subscription from the organization settings page if they have admin privileges. There are no penalties or fees associated with cancellation.

Bugsnap appreciates feedback from users. While we value user suggestions, Bugsnap does not claim ownership over them and is under no obligation to implement them.
